This a patent pending Stay Put Ratchet Strap. The StayPut series of straps have an extra velcro section on the adjustable end of the strap to keep your flat hook end attached to the anchor point, so you can get to the other side and ratchet it down. The velcro section keeps the adjustable end hardware from falling off before you can tighten the strap.
